Even roadside dhabas give better service than this restaurant. The food was slow to arrive, tasteless, and short on both quantity and quality. We ordered dal makhni but got plain dal meant to be eaten with rice, then were charged the dal makhni price. There were only two or three other people there, yet our food took around 1 hour 45 minutes. The chairs, tables, floor, and plates were in such awful shape that I didn't want to look around. There was no staff service, and the room service wasn't up to standard either: no light, AC, or fan. I felt embarrassed in front of my family, especially on a special occasion. Please don't come here regularly or for a special occasion. Such a waste of money. KINDLY DON'T VISIT, or it will be your worst experience. Thank you.

Room 206 felt like a haunted house. There was no backup light in the toilet, and the generator backup depended on the night staff's mood. The lift didn't work, the intercom got no response, and there was no manager available at night who would take my call. Mosquitoes were everywhere, and when I asked the attendant for help, he never brought any. Food took at least an hour to arrive, so you'd be left hungry. Pathetic service. Never staying here or visiting again. I took GPS-tagged photos so the hotel couldn't deny anything.

The manager was eating gutkha and spitting in front of customers, and he was so rude and ill-mannered he didn't even know how to speak to people. The staff were bad too, with no manners at all. Worst experience ever. 😡
