There are much better dormitories available, so don't spend your money and time here. My experience was awful: the service is pathetic, and the staff came across as extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, with no sense of hospitality.

A lower dorm bed costs 7000 per month as of Nov'2025, yet the ceiling is so low that you can't sit up on the upper bed. When I raised that, the owner said it wasn't his problem. He was just as dismissive when I reported rats and bed bugs. He denied seeing any and said nobody else had complained, only me, then gave random excuses and brushed it off as not his problem. I wouldn't stay here unless you want to live in filth.

The hotel is only 3 kilometers on foot from the aurum it park, and Powai Lake is also nearby. There’s a restaurant close by for meals, and the person at reception was friendly and easy to talk to. We had no argument about money. I stayed here for 1250 when I came for a bank exam. The last time, I paid Rs 1500 at another nearby hotel, but its room and bathroom were quite dirty. Here the bathroom was very clean and good, and the room was good too. You can walk to the park or take an auto. I’d choose this hotel again if I return.

They say it's 300 per head in the off season, but I think you can find better places in Mumbai for that. The dormitory might suit bachelors who are fine with shared accommodation. They clean daily, though the sheets and pillow covers aren't changed. The AC only runs from 8:30 at night until 8 in the morning. There are bed bugs too, and they come out when the lights are off. Just an OK place overall.

The eden guest house is right opposite the seven hills hospital and has free wifi, but the dormitory didn't meet expectations for the price. There are six bunk beds, at around ₹400 per bed per night, and just one ceiling fan, which isn't enough. They only switch on the dorm AC after 9:00 p.m. The toilet and bathroom are small, and there’s no filtered drinking water. They fill bottles with tap water and keep them in the fridge. There are also single rooms for around ₹1000 per night, but their quality and service aren't good for the price.
