Only the infrastructure is good. The staff are very poorly trained, and despite telling them an hour before we arrived, our rooms weren’t ready. Our private pools hadn’t been cleaned either, and it took two hours to clean and fill them. The food had fungus in it. Room service took an hour to bring basic tea and coffee, and then the order was incomplete. This is the quality of food served at a 4 star property, @levelupsignaturepushkar is the worst property ever. Please don’t waste your money here.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, which was a key point for us. There are two room types, tents and villas with plunge pools, and the villas seemed sufficient for a family of 2 to 3. The food was great and reasonably priced. Service could be improved, but overall we had a great experience at the property, now known as level up signature. Call reception before arriving, since using Google Maps can create a hassle. The property is on the way to Westin and nature resort.

The restaurant service was very, very bad and needs immediate attention. The pool wasn’t maintained properly either, and there are several upgrades that would be easy to make. I think the place needs a good manager. Once you’re inside the property, it’s beautiful, and the rooms are good and well maintained. The natural setting is lovely. 06072025

The rooms are beautiful, especially the private villa with a pool, but the service was third class and made the whole stay a mood spoiler. Even though we told them an hour before we arrived, they hadn’t started cleaning the pool. It took two hours to clean and fill. They served us food with fungus in it, and room service was pathetic. Worst experience ever.

The personal pool room was an awesome experience for our kids. It’s a nice place to stay, with beautiful greenery all around and fresh, cool air. 😊
