Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. We asked for food without spice, and it was delicious. Suress kindly packed breakfast for us to take away before our early pickup. I'd definitely recommend staying here near the airport.

Dharmendra Singh Sir and Shikha Madam, along with the whole staff, provided great hospitality. The room was clean, and the food was excellent. Hotel KSSin is a top hotel near Dehradun Airport.

I held my marriage ceremony here, and they ruined my final day. The lady kept saying they'd do whatever decoration I asked for and telling me to send photos as examples. But the decoration for my vaar mala was cheap and low quality. The service was pathetic. Please don't go here, they could ruin your big day.

KSS Hotel in Dehradun is conveniently located near the airport and offers a comfortable, pleasant stay. The spacious, well-maintained rooms have essential facilities, and the staff are courteous, attentive, and prompt. With modern amenities and warm hospitality, it offers good value for money and is a solid option for business or leisure travelers.

The manager clearly keeps the place running smoothly, and her coordination with the staff is impressive. Rooms are very clean, the team is welcoming, and I’d happily stay here again. My scores: food 4.5/5, staff and hospitality 5/5, airport location 5/5, quiet 4/5 because planes fly overhead, though Athoorwala itself is peaceful. Accessibility gets 4/5 since the hotel can arrange pickups, drop-offs, and tours at reasonable fares. It’s 3/5 for distance from Dehradun. Overall, 4/5.
