Regenta Central Harimangla Bharuch

The buffet can be decent sometimes, but on other visits the food and service have been very disappointing, so booking feels like a gamble. On this lunch visit, empty bowls sat without refills for nearly 20-25 minutes, even after we asked several times. The staff weren't attentive, and service was extremely poor. Food quality also seems to be getting worse day by day. We didn't expect such low food and service standards from a place like Regenta.

I was here for a two day business trip to Bharuch and Dahej. The spacious rooms were clean, and check-in and checkout were quick. The hotel is being renovated, so a few rooms are closed. Food quality was very good, but the service and kitchen management were pathetic. Breakfast orders took a long time, even tea and coffee took about 15-20 minutes. Table cleaning and keeping cutlery available on the table both need a lot of improvement, especially at breakfast.

The bathroom was filthy, with mold throughout, and our room’s AC didn’t work in the heat. The internet was down too, which made the stay even more inconvenient. Staff were rude from the moment we arrived and acted as if basic requests were a nuisance. Asking about breakfast was humiliating; they treated us like we were begging instead of paying guests. A truly awful stay at Regenta Hotel Central in Bharuch. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic hospitality.

The staff were polite and the breakfast was amazing, but the property didn’t feel like a Regenta or Marriott. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing repairs and maintenance. The reception AC wasn’t working, and the rooms felt old and in poor condition, like they need a revamp. There were mosquitoes around the property and in the room, damp patches on the walls, and a strange smell. The room phone didn’t work either.
