The Grand Oasis Hotel & Resort

The whole team was warm and welcoming, and the service was lovely. They understood what we liked and served the food the way we described it. Fantastic job, team, keep growing.

Mr Prem Kumar, the GM, is a wonderful person who always thinks about the customer. The staff were supportive and very helpful, and it’s a fantastic place to stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

The rooms are spacious and bright, and the property looks luxurious from the outside. It’s new, well kept, and especially clean. The staff were courteous, with the reception team standing out for being understanding, polite, and professional. The food tasted good. Breakfast may not be served as a buffet when there aren’t many guests, so it’s better to arrive on time. The room had a safe, but the welcome drink listed with the booking wasn’t provided. Even so, service was better than at similarly priced hotels nearby. There’s also a swimming pool for recreation, and I’d recommend the hotel for solo, business, or family stays.

I had a comfortable stay, with a good room and courteous staff. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and the GM, who looks after the property well, was always smiling.
