FabHotel Shree Balaji NX Banquets & Apartment

I was alone and had a major safety concern. This is a third-party booking to shree balaji nx, in an empty building. They didn't provide any toiletries. There's a female employee who lets you check in, but she is very helpful. For a woman, this is a big no. Never book this fab hotel.

I booked a room through the FabHotels website, but then they said they were moving all guests to another hotel because of some problem. I cancelled my booking order, and the refund still hasn't arrived. Worst experience with this hotel website.

The booking promised a separate hotel room, but what we got was nothing like that. They had turned 3 & 4 BHK flats into hotel rooms, with shared entrances and a common hall for all the rooms. Unknown people use these shared areas, which feels highly unsafe, especially for families and female guests. There were no amenities in the room, and the service was very poor. This is unacceptable. FabHotel management should look into it seriously. One of the worst stays I've had, and I don't recommend it to anyone. Avoid booking for your safety and comfort.

I stayed here for 19 days and had a very poor experience. They kept taking other bookings even after ours was confirmed, then repeatedly told us to shift rooms. The AC was faulty and noisy, and they didn't get it repaired. The staff weren't good. I'd ask for cleaning in the morning, but they wouldn't come all day, and when they did, they didn't clean properly. They make current guests vacate rooms to give them to someone else, and keep troubling the guests who are already there. They opened rooms with a master key without a lock. Please don't come and stay here. The room setup was misleading too. They had converted 3 & 4 BHK flats into hotel rooms with shared entrances and a common hall for all rooms.
