I come here regularly for official work and like staying because the building feels calm and homely. The staff are very good, and the location is good too.

I had a terrible experience here, so think twice before going in. The rooms were dirty and had rats. They took payment at check-in, then didn't provide any service. I was charged for one night in 2016, with no complimentary offer.

The bathrooms weren't clean and didn't even have a towel bar or soap dish. Breakfast was advertised as complimentary, but at the restaurant they said only idly was available. Service was poor, and there was no maintenance. If you check out before 10, you won't get your bill because only the woman who knows how to use the computer arrives after 10. They said they'd email it, but never did. She said it had been sent, yet I had to come back to collect it. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a comfortable, peaceful visit.

The restaurant food tastes great, though orders often come out wrong and customers are asked to repeat what they ordered. The staff need training and the rooms need maintenance. The staff came across as unprofessional, but for a one-day stay it was good.
