The one thing I'd add to the menu is some local Marathi or Konkani vegetables. Otherwise, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The Schezwan Sauce stood out as the best I've had, freshly made with crunchy ginger and cloves and not much oil. Heritage has a good ambience and great service, with plenty of soft-spoken staff. It's one of the best fine-dining multi-cuisine restaurants in Kalyan, and service really matters in hospitality.
We'd gone there especially for surami fish and ordered three Fanta as well. Then we noticed the drinks had expired a week earlier. I told the manager, who said he'd check in a rather arrogant way, but never came back. They took the Fanta off the bill, then charged extra for the surmai. A really bad experience.
The complimentary food was unlimited, which was nice at a hotel like this, and the staff joined in celebrating the event with the guests. Among what we ordered, the chicken Manchow soup, lollipop, chicken angara, and LIIT were the best. The chicken tikka biryani could use some work.
A family-friendly feel, valet parking, and sincere staff. The food, ambience, and good vibes are the highlights here.
The staff are rude to food delivery partners and take a long time handing over orders. Avoid if you can.
