I reached out on WhatsApp to ask whether rooms were available, but didn't get a proper answer. The replies were slow, unclear, and unhelpful. As a potential guest, I expected timely, professional assistance, and this poor service before booking doesn't give me confidence in the hotel's hospitality. I hope management improves its responses and customer support.

The room was reasonably good and affordable, but the service was awful. The older man at reception was very rude. He started arguing and scolding me, saying I was wasting his time and taking too long to provide ID. I had already shared my Aadhaar card, and my wife took only 5 to 10 minutes. I hope they improve staff hospitality in future.

I cancelled my booking after the manager refused to let us use the washroom, even when I pointed out he was denying access to women. He bluntly said yes, he was refusing. He also said no room would be given before 12 PM and only guests with a confirmed check-in could use the washroom. If women can't use the washroom, I can't imagine how guests are treated. Managers like this damage the hotel's reputation, and action should be taken.

I wanted to try a budget place for one night and booked a non-AC room for 1k. The only real plus was that it isn't too far from the station. The room was small, the bedsheet hadn't been washed properly, and the pillow was dirty inside. The sofa looked filthy, there was no TV, and there was no hot water for a bath. They even charged me for a water bottle at check-in. I don't know what their AC rooms are like, but after this stay I'm not sure I want to come back.

Cockroaches were in the rooms, and the administration staff weren't cooperative. I was very disappointed with the service and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
