Dev Garden Resort

We booked Dev Garden Resort for a marriage function, but the rooms weren't clean, the ACs and TVs didn't work properly, and staff weren't helpful. We had to handle most things ourselves because management took no responsibility. For what they charge, the facilities aren't worth it, and I suggest avoiding the resort for events or family stays. Across these visits, staff behaviour was rude, the AC was broken, rooms were dirty, and management seemed not to care about comfort. I felt unsafe and disrespected. They made excuses, lied to guests, and didn't provide refunds. One of the worst resorts I've visited, and a complete waste of time and money. Never book it.
