Hotel Delice

Sima was welcoming, polite, and attentive, and made sure things were handled promptly. Her care made us comfortable through the visit and really improved our dining experience. A lovely example of professional customer service. Much appreciated!

The rooms are good, and reception staff are prompt, polite, and ready to sort out questions. Dinner and breakfast were both great. Dinner is a mixed-cuisine, vegetarian buffet, and the server even checks on you at the table. The chef was polite and open to feedback, though we only had good things to say.

The staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything. Around 5 pm, someone even knocked to bring us cookies. Our room had coffee-making supplies, snacks for an extra charge, a bar fridge, and water, with a view over the rooftop seating. The bed was extra comfortable, with a deep mattress, good bedding, and lots of pillows and cushions. TV and WiFi were excellent. The shower water could've been hotter, and the room was cold at first, but turning the air con up to 30 warmed it quickly. There's basement parking and security at the door. Reception is on floor 5, rooms are on floor 6, and both lifts were working, so getting around was easy. This is a boutique hotel of the highest quality, with two vegetarian restaurants serving a mix of international and Indian food. 10/10.

We had dinner with family at Holi Hock roof top at Hotel Delice. The food was delicious, and the premises were clean and awesome. Hotel staff were quick and attentive. Miss Arpita looked after us throughout dinner and provided prompt service. We liked everything, especially Miss Arpita's much-appreciated service. Thank you, everyone.
