The room service was good and on time, but the rest of the stay wasn't worth the money. The room only looked nice at first glance. It was dirty, the blanket and quilt hadn't been washed, there was hair, and I found 3-4 cockroaches. The staff were rude. Breakfast was supposed to be a complimentary buffet, but they said it wasn't available and told us to order in the room instead. Most things listed under complimentary breakfast on the menu were chargeable. We had 3 occupants, so they said we could order only 3 items, and that only milk, coffee, or tea were available. Juice wasn't available, while shakes and cold coffee cost extra.

I stayed for a day. The bathroom was huge and well maintained, and the rooms were spacious and furnished well. It's not luxurious, but pretty good, with good rooms and service.

I stayed in a suite room, which looked good at first glance, but the rooms were very dirty and not worth the money. The staff and management were extremely rude.

Housekeeping only runs until 6.00 pm, so after that you have to rely on the front desk. Reliance mart is within walking distance. I had a pleasant, cozy stay, with clean, huge rooms as the main attraction. The soundproof windows kept street noise out, and the restaurant served delicious food either there or in the room. Overall, a nice experience.

The station is really close, which made getting there convenient at the last minute. The rooms had enough amenities, and the staff were especially polite. Subhash deserves a mention for serving us a delicious breakfast even though we got to the restaurant around 11 AM. Thank you.
