It's near Bhimavaram Town Railway station, and the rooms are good and maintained. There was no breakfast, and the staff were rude, perhaps because we had so few options in Bhimavaram. Even with a booking, I had to wait two hours at night because of offline accommodations. An average experience, though one of the better stays in Bhimavaram.

Although it's right in front of the station, the price isn't justified. The rooms are spacious, but the bed linens and sheets were dirty. I booked a suite, yet the towels and sheets were torn, there were no tea or coffee sachets, and they didn't change the sheets daily. The toiletries provided had already been used. Don't choose the breakfast option. They bring the food from Bengaluru bhawan just behind the hotel. You can walk over to Bengaluru bhawan for hot, fresh food at a lower price.

The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized for two people. There's no separate parking and no restaurant, but they can arrange a good breakfast from a nearby hotel. There's also a small shopping mall close by for food and other shopping.

The staff were warm and attentive, and we had a wonderful stay. They upgraded us from a deluxe room to a suite at no extra charge, which was a lovely surprise. The suite was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The so-called queen-size bed wasn't adequate even for one couple. We paid for breakfast, but it was never provided, and there wasn't even basic tea. There was no proper hot water either. The service was unacceptable and the stay extremely disappointing. The hotel felt misleading and poorly managed, and wasn't worth the money.
