The room was spacious, and the receptionist was polite, but the stay was not good overall. Cleanliness was poor on the floor, in the room, and in the toilet. The mattress was low quality, and the bathroom was tiny, with no geyser or shower at all. You have to go down to the ground floor yourself to get drinking water. It feels more like a hostel than a hotel.
I had to pay 516 to confirm my booking through oyo, where the listed deal was 900 for 3 nights. While I was travelling to Bhopal by train, the manager called and spoke rudely, though I didn’t understand what he said. I called back later, but he didn’t answer. When I arrived, he said they wouldn’t give me the room and rudely told me that I’d paid oyo and it wasn’t his problem. He demanded 600rs per night. I was desperate, so I paid, but he neither refunded the 516rs I’d paid to oyo nor counted it toward the check-in amount. That 516rs was wasted. Honestly, this is his way of running the scam. He gave me the room keys after I paid, but I was already regretting the 3 day stay.
We had a great time staying here with friends and didn't run into any issues. The room was roomy, and the manager was really friendly and soft-spoken. Service and rooms were both nice.
I stayed here in December and wasn't given a warm blanket or hot water. If you're after a low-cost OYO, it may work, but otherwise I'd look elsewhere.
The receptionist was rude and had no manners. The place also lacked proper lighting and hygiene, and the customer service was very poor.
