The location worked well for nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport, and the hotel facilities were excellent and well kept. My room was spacious, spotless, and nicely designed, with a very comfortable bed and amenities that made the stay more enjoyable. I also appreciated the thoughtful details. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, friendly, and professional. Check-in was quick, and everyone I dealt with was attentive and helpful. I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend it for comfort, quality, and service.

They didn't even provide basic things like soap or towels. The room service, management, and rooms were all pathetic. I've stayed in cheap hotels before, but never had an experience this bad at such an expensive place.

The bedsheets and pillows were extremely dirty, and no toiletries were provided. The mattress sagged on both sides, making it hard to sleep, and even the electricity switches were misplaced. The rooms were in a pathetic state. The AC took ages to cool and seemed to lack service. This hotel is easy to avoid.

The hotel was very dirty and not suitable for a stay. Staff were unprofessional and behaved badly. The AC and geyser didn't work in any room, and there was no room service at all. A very bad hotel.
