Dichang Resort & Hotel

The pricing felt wildly out of line with what was served. They charged premium rates, yet even the rice and salad were poor, and the ingredients tasted stale. The dishes lacked freshness, flavor, and decent presentation, as if carelessly prepared and reheated. Hygiene and service were no better. Staff seemed indifferent and unconcerned about customer satisfaction. This place feels like it overcharges for substandard food and relies on hype rather than merit. I’d advise people to avoid spending money here until management makes serious improvements to food quality, service, and pricing transparency.

Downstairs is a thousand times better, although I still don't like their Schezwan noodles. The food upstairs was horrendous and priced as if it came on gold plates. The menu was disappointing too. Mix veg had no masala, the french fries were unseasoned and overfried, and the veg pakora was dry with an onion-like taste. The chicken curry was watery and had no flavor.

We always stop here for breakfast on the. I've never stayed, but I like the positive feel of the place, and the staff are very cordial. The breakfast is fresh and good.

There’s plenty of space for a destination wedding or conference, and the property has lots of amenities. The rooms are decent, service is quick, and the restaurant food is great.
