Fabhotel Prime Bliss Residency

I booked through FabHotels for my wife, baby, and me at 9:21 PM for an 11:30 PM check-in that same night, and paid ₹400 in advance. But when we got there, staff said the property was sold out and had no room for us. FabHotels support made it worse: I called several times, but nobody answered or the calls stayed on hold, with no solution. We were left stranded despite the confirmed booking and proof of payment. There's no coordination or accountability here, and it was a huge waste of time. Be careful booking through FabHotels, and avoid this particular hotel. I'm still waiting for my refund.

There were a couple of room issues, the door had a problem and the geyser wasn't working properly. Still, everything else was fine. The staff were cooperative, the food was good, and the experience was quite good overall.

Even with a prior booking and proper confirmation, they wouldn't let us into the room. They also asked for extra money after we'd paid at check-in. The service was the worst. Don't book or even visit this hotel, it's the worst in Bhopal.

For what they charge, the facilities aren't worth it at all. Nothing in the room worked properly: the AC wouldn't cool, the TV didn't work, and even the phone was dead. Room service was extremely poor too, with staff not responding on time. Very disappointing, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
