10/10
The rooms were spotless, well kept, and thoughtfully designed, making for a peaceful, welcoming stay. Food was fresh, flavorful, and varied, and the staff were attentive, cooperative, and caring. The quality was consistent, with a warm and professional feel. I rarely write reviews, but this hotel stood out from start to finish and I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The room cost ₹2600, and the bed was too small. Hot water wasn’t available for a bath in the morning when I needed it most, and I was running late for an exam. Room service was slow and inefficient, tea didn’t arrive on time, and there were no ironing facilities. Poor service, limited amenities, and an unsuitable room made the stay inconvenient. Very disappointing and not worth the price.

The room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I had to wait outside for 15 minutes while they cleaned it. The pillow covers and bedsheet hadn’t been changed, and the same dustbin was left there. I had to call reception to get the room cleaned. This kind of service isn’t acceptable.

The market and station are close by, so the location is good. Staff were supportive, punctual, and good. The food and breakfast were good too.

The price was decent for both the food and rooms, and the location in Bittan market, Arera Colony is prime. It gives a luxury feel at a budget-friendly rate. I went there to close a business deal, and the experience was okay, though the service wasn’t anything special. I’ll share more after another visit.
