The beach was about 900 meters away, a little farther than ideal but manageable, so I'd give the location 8 out of 10. My stay from 3 Nov to 6 November 2024 was excellent. Staff behavior was outstanding, 10 out of 10. The room was clean and quiet, and the toilet was clean with no smell, so room and toilet get 10 out of 10. Every meal we ate at the hotel tasted superb, also 10 out of 10.

The food at the restaurant was fresh, really tasty, and wonderfully prepared. Staff were always smiling, polite, and cooperative. It was a memorable stay, and whenever I visit Digha, I'll stay at this hotel.

The rooms were spacious, and the staff's service and behavior were top notch. Old Digha beach is a bit far, which could be an issue for older people, but what you find after walking for a while feels worth the price. We had an amazing stay, and the service was very good.

The rooms were comfortable, and the food was very tasty. Staff and room service were polite and courteous. Old Digha sea beach is an 8-minute walk away, a compromise I can accept on a budget. I stayed for two days on the second weekend of August 2024. The hotel is fine for its rates, but the rooms, washrooms, furniture, and the rest of the property need maintenance and a proper cleanup soon. That's why I took off a star. Still, it's a nice place to stay in Digha.

The staff's conduct was a shock. The man at the counter sounded very sweet on the phone, but when we arrived, he was rude, and it turned into harassment over parking. Then they added a hidden Development charge. Checking out was even more humiliating: staff entered the room to see if we'd stolen any towels. This happened to us even though we were uniformed officers. God knows how they treat civilians. We chose the hotel based on its Google map ratings, but the stay was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
