OYO 13134 Grand Regency

I stayed there for 10 days and wanted to leave early, but couldn't get a refund. There was no hot water or Wi-Fi, the place was unhygienic, and mosquitoes were everywhere. Don't choose this hotel, even if it seems like your last option.

The rooms were in horrible shape, with a dirty room and half the bathroom fittings not working. When I asked to move, they said nothing else was available, even though more than half the hotel was vacant. They first refused my check-in because the amount was prepaid, then tried to charge me 40% extra at checkout. I can't recommend this OYO hotel. I hope OYO does something about properties like this, which stain its brand.

I gave Rohit, the receptionist, 5000 rs in advance for Internet, but even after the whole first day he hadn't arranged it. When I entered the room, a boy took the TV set-top box away for no reason. The room was in a terrible state too: there was an open condom pack, and the bed was covered in women's hair. It looked like they had given the room to someone else while I was out. This feels completely illegal. The people seemed like fraudsters and goons. Legal action should be taken, and the hotel should be removed from the area.

The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, the TV didn't work, and the almera was completely broken. There was no soap, and no kitchen, so food had to be ordered from outside. They did provide a water bottle, but it was a local brand called "BISNIRI" and cost 30 rupees. At checkout they took my phone for what they called verification, then rated themselves 5*. The hotel was in terrible condition and poorly maintained. I wouldn't recommend booking " Grand Regency".
