Street noise made it impossible for me to rest, and when I raised concerns the staff were unhelpful, like they didn't care about making the stay pleasant. Check-in was slow and disorganized. The room had dust on the furniture, stains on the carpet, and a bathroom that hadn't been properly cleaned. This hotel didn't meet even basic expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

The service they offered wasn't worth ₹1000 for just 12 hours. The geyser in the bathroom didn't work, and there was no way to lock the room. The receptionist said they had cameras and there was no need for a lock, lol. I asked for a different room and was told I'd have to pay extra. One of the worst hotels in sector 52. A complete waste of money. Don't go there. I'd give it zero.
