The location is findable, but not very easy to trace. Sometimes the hotel is closed because there aren’t enough customers, and the service isn’t very good.

We were on our way to Chennai when we booked and paid half in advance. They confirmed by phone, but at around 10:30 at night, when my family and kids arrived, they said there was no booking and simply shut the door in front of us. Beware, this is a fraud. Please never book this hotel. All the ratings you see on its website are fake.

Most of all, someone broke my bike’s speedometer while it was parked there, or at least that’s what I found in the morning. It was in pieces, as if broken deliberately. They hid the pieces and threw them outside, where I found them. The people were careless and unconcerned. There’s no drinking water facility, and I don’t want to go back. The place is okay and safe for couples, but it’s not hygienic at all. The beds and sheets were dirty, the toilets were dirty, and there were no cupboards, dustbins, or hangers. The AC worked slowly.

By God’s grace I found another hotel at midnight. Otherwise, my wife and two-year-old child and I would have been in serious trouble. We’d reached this hotel around 11 at night after a challenging route, only to be refused a room despite my full payment and confirmed booking through MakeMyTrip. They said the hotel was full and told me to speak to OYO. All the staff were drunk and smoking. I can only guess the hotel is involved in some wrongdoing. I’d already paid double the booking amount and twice the hired vehicle charge to get to the hotel. At least the driver helped us search for somewhere else. This was a terrible experience that night and in my whole life. The hotel is third-rate and doesn’t deserve even one star. They deserve shoes, abuse, and strong punishment from BBSR administration. It should be delisted from MakeMyTrip and OYO. Please highlight this case. OYO’s standards have gone to hell day by day, and I sincerely request that all OYO hotels be delisted from MakeMyTrip.
