The property is nice, with parking available. The accommodation was neat and clean, the food was nice, and staff behaviour was very good.

We found the room dirty at check-in, with hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. The carpets smelled damp and the bathroom was moldy. Staff were rude and unhelpful, making requests feel like a burden. Extra towels took over an hour, and housekeeping never showed up. The walls were paper thin, so we couldn't sleep, and the bed was uncomfortable. The AC was broken. Online photos looked nothing like the run-down, outdated reality, and although advertised as 4-star, it felt more like a budget motel. The pool looked dirty and unsafe, while breakfast was cold, disappointing, and not worth the extra charge.

The restaurant food was delicious and nicely presented, and the amenities were well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable, and the courteous staff were attentive and ready to help with a smile. From the warm welcome at check-in onward, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasant, memorable stay, and I appreciate how enjoyable the team made it. The rooms are neat and clean, but the location is bad and dirty. Even cab and auto drivers refuse to pick up from the hotel. Be careful about the price: the receptionist will trick and cheat you unless you're clear about the total including tax. The hotel isn't worth what it costs, and you can find better options farther into the city.
