Near kiit square, this is the finest hotel. The staff are all friendly and honest.
The staff were very attentive, and the location is close to Patia, a prime location in the city. The low room price was another reason the place was okay, so I gave it five stars. But the rooms didn't look like OYO's display pictures, and even the biggest room we got wasn't clean enough. There was no dustbin, and although the toilet was clean, the taps leaked. Used pads, condoms, and prega news wrappers had piled up on the toilet roof and ventilator. If you want a pleasant, tidy stay, I'd skip this one.
There was no Wi-Fi during my stay, and the room they gave me had a broken wardrobe. The walls need painting because everything looks old and dirty, and the towels seem to have been used for a long time and need replacing. Even when rooms were available, they wouldn't allow early check-in at 10.30 am or 11 am without asking for money. The receptionist and staff were unprofessional. First they asked why I'd paid online and said I should pay cash next time. Even with the Oyo tag, they spoke against Oyo. For the price they charge, it wasn't a good stay.
The rooms were good, so I'd give the place two stars, though their behavior would get half a star from me. The location was hard to find among so many lanes, the geejar didn't work properly, and the complimentary breakfast they served was the worst.
The rooms are cozy, and the services were so good. It's a good place to stay in a prime location.
