The Citrus Café restaurant serves Indian and international food, and breakfast usually has a good range, though it can get crowded at busy times. Staff are courteous and responsive, and service is generally prompt. Many Lemon Tree hotels are conveniently placed near business areas, airports, or city centers. I liked the hygiene, friendly staff, good value, and bright atmosphere. In some locations, breakfast could offer more variety, and soundproofing could be better.

The staff were courteous and respectful with visitors, and we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel did a great job with cleanliness, service, catering, dinner, and breakfast. We especially appreciated Mr. Shehnawaz, who was professional, passionate about his work, and very courteous toward us. We appreciate the management and his efforts.

The staff were courteous and the food was decent. The hotel is clean, pleasant, and centrally located, which works well for business travel. I booked partly because the website showed a poolside area and restaurant on the 7th floor, and during my visit in the first week of February I hoped to sit by the pool deck in the evening. But a private ceremony was being held there, it was noisy, and residents couldn’t access the area. A hotel should have a dedicated banquet space for private functions. I’d paid for a stay expecting to use part of the hotel, including the pool deck, and it didn’t seem fair to restrict resident access.

We went for high tea with my elderly mother and my sister, and had booked the day before, mentioning that we’d have an elderly person with us. I told Mr Manwar at the counter, but he didn’t seem interested in checking the booking. He walked us a few steps, casually said we could sit anywhere, and then nobody came to take our order or bring a menu for a long time. We eventually called someone, Mr Prasad, who told us to scan the QR code and order that way. Mr Prasad was very nice and cordial, and served us well. The food was mostly very good, though one item seemed carelessly made, with salt concentrated in some parts and none in others. There was also a large, noisy group nearby, loud enough that we struggled to hear one another. When we asked Mr Manwar to have them lower their volume, he said they were a large group and he wouldn’t do anything. His careless attitude, rudeness, condescending tone, look, and behavior were the bigger problem. I don’t think he’s suited to customer service, and although Mr Prasad was good, Mr Manwar’s behavior makes me reluctant to return. Restaurants like this shouldn’t have rude, harsh, bigoted people.
