The bath water was completely salty, so there was nothing we could do about it. The room was very expensive too. Worst service, not recommended.

The bath water looked like drainage water, and the experience was awful. I paid 960 rupees for the room, but didn't stay even five minutes after checking in. They still charged me a 300-rupee penalty for those five minutes. Please don't go to this hotel 🙏

The room was dirty, with peeling paint and damp, seeping walls. There was no bathroom mirror, the toilet seat was shaky, and the mirror in the room was stained. There was just one charging point, no TV remote or room intercom, and the broken window frames looked ready to collapse when we tried to open them. Nothing about this shabby place was pleasant. It didn't deserve even one star, but I was charged a three-star price. We booked the lodge for a budget stay of a day and a half after the rickshaw stand counter at Mangalore Junction railway station directed us there. The hot water was supposed to be available from 6:30 to 9:00 am, but it stopped at 8:00. Given the facilities, the place was very expensive. I wouldn't recommend anyone visit.

From check-in to checkout, we weren't satisfied with this lafoot hotel. They demanded full payment before check-in and didn't even provide a single glass of water. There was no hot water, and the TV didn't work. We assumed AC was included, but they hadn't turned it on; we paid 600 extra for it and set it to 16. Even then, the room didn't cool, so we didn't use a single blanket. The hotel controls the AC from the lobby. Their response after check-in was the worst. One star is wasted on this lucha, lafung hotel.
