OYO 44179 Pleasant Stay Near Airport

I booked through cleartrip and got a confirmation email, but when I called, the caretaker Susant said they didn't accept online bookings and only allowed walk-ins. I spent an hour speaking with Oyo and cleartrip associates, and the reservation was eventually cancelled. I blame cleartrip for that too. I arrived around 7 am needing a room until noon the same day. The receptionist first asked for 7000, and after negotiating I paid 6000. They put me in room 104 on the ground floor. It seems the property has only a ground floor. Outside the room, there was a foul smell, like stale food. I was given a phone number to call if I needed anything, but no room key. The bedsheet felt damp and didn't look clean. Old mattresses were sitting in a corner. I asked for clean sheets, but he said they were already clean and there was no staff to change them. The Oyo itinerary mentioned breakfast, but I was told nothing was free and they had no kitchen or food service, although I saw chopped vegetables as if food was being prepared. I did get the Wi-Fi password and could use the internet, and there were a few TV channels to watch. The room and bathroom were okay for smell and cleanliness; the bad odor stayed outside. No towel or soap was provided at first, but I got them after asking. The shower didn't work, so I had to use a bucket and mug. Most electrical items were out of order. There was one tube light, one fan, one AC, and the bathroom light, just enough to manage. Dents and damp marks made the room look hideous, and the doors and windows were damaged. I attached photos. Even with the lower price, it was a 2/5 for me.
