OYO Flagship 14673 Aditya Residency

There wasn’t even an OYO sign, so finding the hotel was difficult, especially with reception not answering calls. When I tried to pay online, the reception staff refused to let me stay. There’s no lift, and nobody helped me carry my luggage up to the top floor. My room had no dustbin and the TV remote was missing. Some leftover plates sat outside the room until the next day. I could keep listing things, but you get the idea.

We stayed in room 107 on 3 Jan 2020, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The room and bathroom were far from clean, with cobwebs in every drawer. There was an exhaust fan in the bathroom but no wire connection, so the odor was terrible. The mosquito vaporizer was there, but had no liquid, and we suffered all night. There was no dustbin, and the bathroom had only one basin. They said to dial 9 if we needed anything, but the room phone wasn’t connected, so every request meant going to reception. The TV didn’t work properly either, just rows of black lines and a big scratch on the screen. I’ve already posted the pictures. Totally disappointed.

The room was nice, and the staff were kind, so I’m giving the team five stars, thanks to all the executives working there. The nightly charge was 970, though, and the location wasn’t close to the road.

The linens were dirty and there was no sense of safety. The staff were drunk when I checked in. It felt like they only made up rooms for couples staying an hour or two, then didn’t clean them afterward. After a lot of hassle, I cancelled and booked another nearby OYO instead. Worst hotel.
