The room quality is pretty bad, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Most rooms smell like burning cigarettes at night, and there’s no mirror. The location isn’t great either, so it’s better to stay somewhere with easy routes to major places and transport. It doesn’t deserve the five stars shown here and needs proper renovation. Early check-in wasn’t available for me; it depends on availability, so don’t count on it. Better to pay extra for a room somewhere better.
This is not a child-friendly hotel, and the service was about as bad as it gets. I asked for a kettle to heat water for my baby, but the one they brought had Maggie smeared all over it. Even getting an empty bowl and plate was a hassle. Don’t trust the Google stars, they seem fake. If you have another option, take it instead of coming to this pathetic hotel.
The staff were friendly, and it was peaceful. Cleanliness was just adequate, with some cigarette smell around, and the area isn’t great for vegetarian food options if you need them. The name is hilarious, and yes, it’s marketed after the Netflix show, Narcos.
The room was tiny, with barely enough space to walk, and smelled of cigarettes. It was very unhygienic too, with stained bedsheets and a disgusting washroom. Please don’t believe the five-star ratings!
The reception staff were okay, but the rest of the team seemed unhelpful and unprofessional. It also didn’t feel suitable for families. The place seemed geared toward couples booking for just a couple of hours, and there was a cigarette smell everywhere.
