The terrace has a wonderful view, and the whole property is very clean. Rajesh knows good places for lunch and around town, and he’s just a message away if you need anything, always happy to help. The rooms are spotless and beautifully done, with thoughtful details inspired by local culture. Prag View Heritage Homestay was a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. Rajesh is a warm, kind host who always greets you with a smile. Highly recommend!

The hosts are supportive and make you feel at home. The homestay is thoughtfully decorated and maintained, spotlessly clean, and the service is excellent. Had a wonderful stay! You should try their fresh, hot breakfast too.

The payment arrangement was the one part that felt odd. They took a deposit at booking, which seemed normal, but asked for the full amount at check-in, before checkout. If that’s their policy, they should tell guests ahead of time to avoid confusion. Parking can also be difficult in the narrow, crowded area. Tea is ₹25 per person, which felt a bit costly for a homestay. Dinner costs ₹150 per person and is only available on request. It’s simple, homely food, fine if you don’t want to go out at night. The place has only 4 rooms, so it stays calm and uncrowded. Ground floor rooms are much bigger than the terrace rooms, which are smaller, though the terrace is lovely for sitting, relaxing with tea and taking in Prag Mahal and the surroundings. The heritage feel is cosy, and the walls are beautifully hand-painted in traditional Kutchi style. The standout is the view of Prag Mahal, especially in the morning. Waking up, opening the window and seeing it right in front of you is something special. The hosts were helpful with tips on local food places and famous eateries in Bhuj, which made exploring easier. The location is excellent for nearby attractions. I stayed at Prag View Heritage Homestay from 1st Jan 2026 to 3rd Jan 2026, and it was a memorable experience. It’s a great choice for a calm stay with a heritage feel and an amazing view of Prag Mahal. Minor issues aside, it felt unique, and I’d recommend it if you’re prepared for the parking and payment situation.
