The staff were very rude, and I’m concerned that cleaning staff were taking valuables from rooms. This is a very bad hotel. Don’t stay here.

Right by the highway, with clean, neat rooms and an easy check-in. The food was good, and staff served us quickly. A great hotel to stay at.

The property is close to Wonderla and Jollywood, but vehicle noise at night was hard to tolerate. The rooms were very small, the AC didn’t work, and the place felt more like a lodge than a hotel. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for couples. I booked through Booking.com and was told complimentary breakfast was included, but it wasn’t provided. When I raised it, staff acted as if breakfast had never been part of the booking.

The manager, Madan, was arrogant and uncooperative. Instead of coming over to help, he walked away from me. The hotel staff, especially Mr MADAN, were rude and unhelpful. The intercom didn’t work, and I couldn’t count on him answering a call. If you have a problem or need something, expect to keep chasing after them.
