The whole place felt dirty and unhygienic. The bedsheets were filthy, the washroom was awful, and the hotel had a gloomy, scary feel. There was already garbage in the bin. I think only two rooms were booked that day. I really don't recommend staying here.

I stayed at Banwari Palace Hotel in Bikaner last week, and it was a big letdown. Both the room and washroom were extremely unhygienic. They need to make serious improvements to cleanliness.

The hotel is around 1 km from the railway station. When I checked into my room, there were no bedsheets, and the room wasn't clean. The washroom door didn't lock from either side, so it stayed open the whole time. The bucket and cup looked dirty too, and I didn't touch either of them during my two-day stay. These basic problems really need management's attention because they affect the guest experience.

A nice place to stay.

A very bad hotel in Bikaner. The staff behaved terribly, and I felt I was being overcharged. They may mishandle your luggage, charge extra, or give you a different room from the one you booked. The rates seem to vary from customer to customer, and I don't find them reliable. I'd advise saving your money and staying elsewhere.
