The Fabexpress team was very cooperative and booking the room went well, but RsVilla's room maintenance was hopeless. There was no room service or drinking water in the room. A heap of clothes was left in front of the lift, the lights kept blinking, and the TV wasn't working because it hadn't been recharged. Hospitality needs to improve if they want more bookings. Thank you.

The room was too small to pass as a double, and water from the AC was running into it. Food deliveries took an hour each time, staff behavior was disappointing, and the prices in the app didn't match the hotel's. A very poor stay. I wouldn't recommend it to friends or family.

The staff were rude, the rooms were tiny and dirty, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. When I asked for an All Out liquid refill, they said there'd be no service after 10 PM. Honestly, you'd be better off on the footpath than in this pathetic hotel.

For a budget stay in new town kolkata, this was a pleasant, easy experience. Check-in was hassle-free and the service was unmatched. A good choice if you're after an affordable room with excellent service.

I stayed three days and not once was the room cleaned. The TV didn't work either, and the staff were unpleasant. For what they charged, the service was terrible. Save your money and time and pick somewhere else.
