The place is kept in very good shape, and whenever we needed something, the staff were ready to help with a smile.
We had our own balcony for sitting, and the rooms were simple but clean and nicely organized. They clearly pay attention to bathroom hygiene. The resort has a lovely open feel, especially at night, when we had a bonfire in the garden. Staff were friendly and the price can be negotiated. Food was the priciest part, though manageable if you're a group of four or five. There wasn't anything luxurious about the place.
The fresh meal tasted good, and Ravi, the manager, was supportive and did his best to make the stay comfortable. The property is small, with only 7 rooms, but has enough parking and is easy to find on Bir road. The room price seems fair for the facilities. There was no WiFi or kettle, though, and hygiene was a real problem: I found spots on the towels, sheets, and pillow covers, and the toilet wasn't cleaned properly. That may be why it offers a low-cost stay, but I couldn't put up with the unhygienic rooms for more than one night.
Ravi and Manish, along with the rest of the staff, were accommodating and helpful, making sure we were comfortable. The owner was humble and supportive as well. They served fresh, tasty food hot, and the hotel was clean and affordable.
