The location is handy, close to major attractions and easy to get around from. We had a comfortable stay at The Fern Residency, with excellent service throughout. Mr. Shibu was especially attentive and outstanding, and Mr. Shiv Kumar was helpful and courteous. Champa was excellent as well. We'd definitely recommend the hotel.

We enjoyed the stay and thought it was good value for money. The hallway carpets do need replacing, though. At the dining and breakfast area, Shiv Kumar and Ramdhar Singh were especially helpful and gave exceptional service.

I've stayed at several Fern properties around the country, and this one didn't live up to the quality or experience of the others. With Marriott Bonvoy branding as well, the overall experience was especially disappointing. The rooms are adequately sized, but not worth the tariff. The à-la-carte food was reasonably tasty, while breakfast had very few choices and little that would suit kids. Tourist attractions are nearby and can be reached by local transport.

The room was good, and the staff were sincere and met Marriott service standards. The hotel itself is only just good enough, though. It needs an overall refurbishment, especially the bathrooms, plumbing fixtures, and drainage.

We’ve just checked in, and the staff have been wonderful so far. They seem willing to do whatever it takes to keep guests happy. Room 101. Shibu$Ahhan was good.
