The staff were polite and professional, and I had a pleasant stay. My room was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. Wi-Fi slowed down a bit at times, but that was the only minor issue. I’d consider staying here again.

Hotel Aayes & Resort felt like a real sanctuary for families. The child-friendly facilities were backed by a supportive team who handled younger guests’ whims with remarkable patience and care. The food was just as impressive, with vibrant flavors and a clear focus on good ingredients. Staff showed an unusually intuitive level of professionalism, combining warmth and calm in a way that made each guest feel valued. It’s a rare place where high-end luxury comes with heartfelt service.

The lack of a lift may be inconvenient for many guests. The property itself is spacious and quiet, with fairly decent rooms and open areas, so at first it seemed suited to a relaxing stay. But the experience fell below expectations because the food was very poor. It tasted bad, seemed badly prepared and not fresh, and was a huge disappointment for a resort-style hotel. Service was average, and the management needs to improve the kitchen and food standards. Without that, it’s hard to recommend the place. Our stay felt below average and suited only to a very short visit, not a long one. I’m sharing this in the hope the hotel takes the feedback positively and makes the needed improvements.

The Indian food was a highlight, with superb flavor and quality. Chinese dishes were just okay and could be improved, though their price seemed somewhat justified. Sandip Choudhury, who managed the restaurant, was outstandingly attentive, and all the staff were gems. Everyone was excellent in their behavior and hospitality throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool was neat and clean, perfect for a relaxing dip. I’d highly recommend this peaceful, pleasant getaway.
