This was such a peaceful stay, and I'd definitely come back. There are five amazingly friendly dogs in the compound, too. Just keep in mind that the place has many rooms, and they aren't all the same.

There's no kitchen at the hotel, so you'll have to go out to eat. Still, it's a good budget option, especially if you're three or more friends sharing, since it works out cheaper. The best thing is the location, very close to Calangute beach.

The guest house is within walking distance of Calangute beach if you come from the back. Parking fits only one car. Rooms are average, with AC and, in some rooms, a small fridge for drinks. It was hard to find at night at first. GPS showed the right street to turn onto, and once you turn in, keep going farther to reach it.

The landlord can help with local sightseeing, and their dogs are lovely to spend time with. It's a nice place to stay. For a better bargain, try booking directly with them instead of through apps.
