I stayed with my family for 3 nights and 4 days, and the trip to Goa was really memorable. The reception staff, room cleaning, restaurant buffet, and everything else were up to a high standard. Everyone was cooperative. I recommend staying here more than 100%, and would give it another 5 stars. Thank you.

The hotel seems more interested in cutting corners than looking after guests. Cleanliness, maintenance, service, and basic hospitality were all far below what we expected. We paid for a comfortable stay but got stress, poor treatment, and unresolved problems instead. I strongly advise looking elsewhere. We won’t return or recommend this hotel. Save your money and frustration for somewhere that cares about guests. From arrival, check-in was complicated and frustrating, and we felt like an inconvenience. The property looked as though it hadn’t been maintained for years, which showed in both the rooms and the service. Our AC leaked, and although we told staff, the issue wasn’t properly addressed. Management refused to move us, leaving us in an uncomfortable room for the whole stay. Staff members were rude and unhelpful, with little concern for our comfort. On our last day we asked for fresh towels and basic toiletries, but Sangita specifically told another staff member not to provide them because we were checking out that day. That was shocking and completely unprofessional. Guests should receive the same service through departure.

A good stay as always. In #409 this time, housekeeping could’ve done a better job. I had to remind the HK team three times to remove the pest from our bathroom. The water pressure needs a major improvement, and so does the hot water in the room. The rest of the team is always motivated to help and sort out any gaps.

The food was a real highlight, with lots of choice and great taste. We spent four nights here, and the room and bathroom stayed spotless and well cared for. The staff were always ready to help and very supportive. A full 10 out of 10 from me. Highly recommended.
