FabHotel Prime Infantaria Comfort With Pool, Calangute Beach

The staff were friendly and the pool was decent. The rooms were okay too, though the TV didn't work properly even if some channels came through. The balcony and curtains were unclean, and the kettle was broken and unusable. Basic facilities were there. A ₹18 bottle of water cost ₹30. A personal note: please use rat poison or something else to get rid of the rats climbing up the balcony wall.

The food was amazing, with both South and North Indian options, and the staff were friendly. We stayed in suite room 402, and the rooms were good. The hotel is in a great location, with the Calangute beach's Bus parking/ taxi stand right next to it and the beach no more than 200 MTRS away. Vehicles weren't a problem. I visited last month, oct.25.2025. Wow, it felt good.

We paid for four full days, but moved to another hotel after two because the service was so poor. The staff were rude and didn't care about our concerns. The bathrooms and breakfast were poor, and plenty of other things about the hotel weren't good either. I already gave feedback to makekytrip by voice call and email, and I'll also give one star through the link you sent. If you want to be a FABHOTEL, ask them to improve this place or remove it from your tie-up.

We paid in advance for two premium rooms, booked almost 15 days ahead for a stay of a few days. As we were about to arrive on the booking date, the hotel called to say they had arranged alternate accomodation because current prices had gone up. We were surprised they'd cancel after we'd paid in full for such a silly reason. With no other choice, we accepted the alternative, which was over 1.5 km from the beach. Be careful booking here. They may spoil your holiday for some extra money.
