Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute

Kaberi at the Front Desk deserves a special mention. She was caring, attentive, and very helpful, and as a hotelier myself I noticed her professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction. She made the stay more comfortable with her warm manner. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and cleanliness and hygiene across the hotel were excellent. I stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute for 2 days, and the service, food, and hospitality were all very good. The staff were cooperative and professional, always ready to help. The food met my expectations, too. One small observation, not a complaint: the pool water could use a little more attention for cleanliness. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel. Thanks to the whole team for making my visit memorable. Himanshu Thakkar

We left feeling refreshed and are already planning another visit. The pool area was peaceful and pristine, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and there was care in the details throughout. Meals were a highlight: Ruthi, Sakshi, Faki, and Allen were friendly and attentive, and Chef Provash was always available for special requests at breakfast and other meals. Every dish tasted great, especially the egg curry and Alfredo pasta. Our room was spotless with a lovely poolside view. At reception, Kaberi welcomed us with a smile and handled check-in efficiently. We were also grateful to Guest Relations Manager Manasi, who personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The team made us feel welcome and looked after from the start. A true Goa gem, highly recommended for an unforgettable stay.

The food was delicious and had great quality and variety throughout our stay. We were with friends, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Many thanks to Front Office Manager Mr. Mohit and the whole team for such warm hospitality and attention to our comfort. They made the stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its service, comfortable rooms, and amazing hospitality.

The restaurant team were superb, with a fabulous breakfast selection and impeccable service, including room service. The property and location are excellent, but check-in and check-out took a long time. Even though we'd let them know in advance, our room and keys didn't arrive until around 5.30 pm instead of the scheduled 3.00 pm, and there was no flexibility to offer a later check-out to make up for the delay. They may need more front desk servers during peak season, especially for guests paying a premium. With so little space to sit and so many people in line, it felt like a crowded railway station.
