It’s a calm, peaceful place with a pool where you can sit for hours without thinking about anything. The staff are caring and provide the services you need, including food, water, and breakfast. It’s a good family choice, with a pleasant atmosphere and good care. The resort is near upright market, in an area full of hotels, restaurants, malls, shops, bars, and wine shops, all within a five-minute walk. A good spot around town in Candolim, Goa, with good service and price. I’ll visit again. Thumbs up.

I spent a week here in a suite that was neat, clean, and well equipped. It had a smart TV, balcony sit-out, and a hall with a two-seater sofa and two single seats. WiFi, 24/7 hot water, a pool, parking, and power backup were all available and reliable. Breakfast each day included tasty North Indian options and tea, which I enjoyed. The staff were friendly and polite, and responded quickly with a smile whenever I needed help. Amar was especially kind and supportive throughout my week. I had a truly wonderful stay and highly recommend it for a relaxing, comfortable visit with friends or family.

There are different room types to suit your needs, and the location is calm and convenient for exploring North Goa’s beaches and other places. Breakfast is complimentary. Service was just okay.

For what we paid, it was really good value. The property was a little run down, but acceptable at that price. The location was good, and so were the attendants.
