The rooms were comfortable and clean, with air conditioning, fresh linens, tidy bathrooms, and regular housekeeping. Staff were friendly and quick to help. There’s no restaurant at the property, but cafes, shacks, and shops are close by, and Candolim Beach is only a short walk away. It’s a convenient base for getting around North Goa without long trips. I found it good value for the price and would recommend it to couples, families, or small groups wanting somewhere peaceful near the action.

The location is the one good thing here. The rooms weren’t very good, and the service and hospitality were awful. That’s why I gave it two stars.

Our room was clean and nice, and the staff were helpful. Being right on the main road made it easy to get around, with the beach, shops, restaurants, and other things you need for a Goa stay nearby. Booking here turned out to be a good decision. Give it a try and let me know how your stay goes.

We keep coming back to this place when we’re in Goa. The staff are friendly and the service is really good. Candolim Beach, Newton Supermarket, and plenty of good restaurants are all close, which makes it a great location. We’ll definitely return.

The beach is about a two-minute walk away, and other places are nearby too. The rooms were great for the price, the bathrooms were very clean, and the caretaker was quick to respond and help us out. We had a really good stay, and I’d recommend it to groups.
