The property felt dark and unsafe, especially for women, and I wouldn't call it couple-friendly. Some of the people around made things uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt negative. The management was fine, though, and Swapnil, the manager, was polite and helpful. The food was good too.

A really awful stay. We had no water in the middle of the night, and they didn't even change the sheets when we asked. The staff were rude and acted like helping us was a favour. Just a very sad experience.

We had a wonderful three-day stay. The rooms were nice and the service was good. The service boys Subham, Sudip and Pankaj were especially nice. A very good experience overall.

The pool was being maintained, so there was nowhere to have fun. We also didn't get the food as promised when we checked in. The staff were terrible, especially the indifferent front desk guys, who showed no consideration. Swapnil was horrible. A very bad experience at this hotel.
