FabHotel Benz Destination

We paid a deposit and had the booking confirmed months ahead, but right before Christmas and New Year the hotel tried to raise the agreed price by a lot. We were left choosing between paying more and cancelling, and spent valuable time scrambling for somewhere else during one of the busiest times of the year. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it after this experience.

The rooms were large, deeply cleaned, and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean too. We were a group of 80 on a business trip, and the staff looked after us like family. The manager, Hrithik, handled everything really well, and we're grateful to him and the staff. We'll stay here for our business trip every year. As for people leaving negative reviews, they come to share useless knowledge. They pay Rs. 1000 for a room and expect facilities like one costing Rs. 5000. Set that aside and come once, then I'll tell you what you think of the hotel. We felt very comfortable here, and all 80 of us give it five stars. Thank you to the hotel and the staff who took care of us.

Really bad room service. They have no extra mattress or pillow, and there was no hot water on a freezing morning. There's no phone for room service, the manager doesn't know about any kind of service, and the lady owner isn't available when there's a complaint. DON'T BOOK.

I came from America and stayed here. For the price, the room was a good size, almost like a studio apartment, and had a balcony. I extended my stay without any trouble, and the front desk guys were helpful and accommodating. There's a pool, and it's just off the main road, so food and a phone are easy to get to on foot. You have to ask for water bottles, but they're free. Definitely recommend.
