The breakfast was good, and the other staff were helpful and communicated well. The kitchen staff were especially sweet. Still, it seemed they were under the receptionist's authority, and I want to acknowledge their good work. I could have given this hotel five stars, but the receptionist with glasses was arrogant. He refused many requests for hotel help. Even when we just wanted to sit and relax on the terrace without ordering anything, he said no and behaved rudely. When I asked about room service or other hotel necessities, he gave strange looks, questioned me, and might refuse in the end. I also found there were too many restrictions. People visiting Goa want to relax and enjoy themselves, not deal with so many rules. I heard the owner of the hotel may be from Chandigarh. I respectfully ask management to replace or provide an alternative to the slim guy with glasses. The hotel could get better ratings if it does. Please think about this if you want the hotel to grow, or you may keep getting reviews like mine.

Sahil was especially helpful, arranging bookings for different activities and making my Goa trip amazing. The staff were kind throughout, and the overall hospitality made this one of my best stays at this Plazzin Hotel. I'd choose it again on my next visit. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi, which needs improvement. Everything else was great, and I highly recommend the hotel.

There was nowhere else to leave the car. We booked two rooms and brought two cars, but only one parking space was available. The road is too narrow for parking outside, and reception suggested a spot 1.5-2kms away. They expected us to carry our bags to and from the room ourselves. There was no refund. A waste of time. The receptionist was rude and not at all polite. If you're booking a room with a car, I'd suggest choosing another hotel. There are plenty of options.

The room cleanliness was the one thing I rated lower, at 4/5, but I had a very good experience and would stay at plazinn again if I return. The location was the best part: Candolim beach is only a five-minute walk away, with cafes, restaurants, and the market nearby. Breakfast was tasty and light, and service was good and quick. I'd give the location, breakfast, and service 5/5 each.

The food really stood out, every meal was delicious and prepared so well. We also felt comfortable throughout our stay, and the hotel has excellent amenities. The staff were professional, polite, and always willing to help. Sahil at reception deserves a special mention for his warm welcome and outstanding service. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay again. 😊
