Whispering Palms Beach Resort

We loved relaxing by the pool, and the food was tasty, with both buffet and à la carte choices. The staff were polite, helpful, and there whenever we needed them. Whispering Palm Beach Resort, Candolim, North Goa has a relaxed, well-planned feel, with spacious, clean, well-maintained rooms and a nice balcony. It's a short walk to the beach, while the property itself stays calm and peaceful. If you want a comfortable stay near Candolim beach with a premium feel, this place is worth considering. We'd love to come back.

Candolim beach is an easy walk one way, and the busy shopping area is within walking distance the other way. The location is amazing. We keep returning to Whispering Palms, Goa, and had another wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, with a soothing garden view. The Reception and restaurant staff were especially pleasant and helpful. Avatar at the Reception deserves a mention, and Dora, Vicky, Rakesh, Mahfooz, and the rest of the restaurant team took great care of us.

The hotel is close to the beach and the property itself is nice. But staff behaviour matters, and we found it very rude, especially from one person near the swimming pool. They were polite to foreign guests but rude to us. At breakfast, staff greeted and checked on the foreigners, but nobody came to check on us. The food tasted very bland, as though it was aimed at foreign guests. Our room had lots of mosquitoes, and the washroom was too small. If being near the beach is your main concern, the location works. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

Candolim beach was clean and peaceful, and within walking distance. The surrounding area was quiet and laid-back too. We came to this resort for our honeymoon and had a great stay, with amazing food. The staff were kind and very helpful, and the service was great. Special mention to Tom, who makes everyone's morning a bliss.
