They refused to honor my OYO booking, then left us waiting at reception for over two hours while demanding more money. They also wouldn't refund what we'd paid. If your day is going well and you want to ruin it, this place will do the job. Honestly, stay away unless that's what you're after.

The restaurant food was awful, so you'll need to find somewhere nearby to eat. At check-in, the OYO rate wasn't accepted, and the rude reception staff insisted we pay extra to get a room. The night receptionist was drunk, which made this a place I'd avoid with family or children. A horrible experience.

Parking is limited, and the staff take far too long to prepare food. The hotel was renovated recently, but the facilities still aren't up to standard. There's a lot that needs improving.

There was no proper management. The bathroom didn't have a reliable water supply, and the AC switched itself off during the night. The menu listed food that wasn't available, with only two or three items to choose from. Even after ordering, the food quality was poor.
