Hotel Bias Pushap - Banikhet

The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Ms. Sonika welcomed us and, with her team, made our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Vishal and Mr. Arun. Everyone was cordial and ready to help, and the atmosphere was very friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Dalhousie. Happy stay 😀

We felt right at home thanks to the warm hospitality from the management, and the freshly prepared food was delicious, with local and multi-cuisine choices. Service was quick and professional throughout, with courteous staff always ready to help. Our spacious, clean and comfortable room had lovely hill views. The hotel’s peaceful, scenic location is also close to major attractions in Dalhousie. A memorable stay, good value, and we’d gladly return and recommend Hotel Bias Pushap by MRPS Hotel and Resorts.

The food had no taste and was very poor quality. I ordered half a chicken curry, but they served a full one without telling me, then forced me to pay for the whole dish. They also put extra items on the bill that I hadn’t ordered. This felt like fraud. The hotel misinforms tour package companies, so don’t take a package that includes it.

Nothing worked well during our visit. The in-room entertainment system stayed out of order, the food was consistently disappointing, and the accommodations were in deplorable condition. Service was inadequate too, with staff showing very little professionalism. Based on our experience, we can’t recommend this hotel.
