Hotel Comfort Court

The dining experience was horrible. People were drinking by the dining hall around a bonfire, with loud music playing, so we couldn't eat in peace. The ambience felt cheap, like a very general category place, and I can't recommend it as a premium hotel. Go only if you can't find somewhere better.

Today my guests staying in hotel comfort court had drivers who consumed alcohol and behaved inappropriately on the premises. As responsible property owners, we cannot allow indiscipline or misuse of our facilities. The food was unhygienic and the plates dirty. Staff had no manners when speaking, and the service was very bad. Drivers are humans. A very bad experience for this property.

I really appreciated being given a lovely, large room, but the end of my stay was disappointing. Breakfast was meant to run from 8-10am, and I had to leave early for a long drive. At 8.10, only bland, tasteless poha was ready. I asked for a packed parantha, but was told it would take 15 minutes. Then I asked for bread and butter. I waited with the bread for 10 minutes, asked twice more for butter without success, and finally left. The staff and service weren't particularly friendly. They need to focus more on customer service.

The food was tasteless and not worth the price, and the room wasn't comfortable in the cold because the heater didn't work. The bathroom shower was broken, which made it inconvenient to use. Basic maintenance and service standards seem lacking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
